What types of services do you provide?
-Bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc
Are your caregivers background checked and certified?
-All caregivers are required to undergo and pass a criminal background check. All caregivers are certified nursing assistants and/or HHA certified.
Can I choose my caregiver or request a change if needed?
-All clients have the right to choose their caregiver of choice.
Do you offer respite care options for family caregivers?
-Respite services are offered and welcomed.
How do I communicate changes in my love one's needs to agency?
-All changes can be communicated via email and/or telephone to the owner.
